With Managed Staffing, you pay Pluggo and we handle contractor logistics and payments to the professional. With Direct Recruitment, we recruit the candidate and you contract with and pay them directly.
For Direct Recruitment and Professional Recruitment, there is no upfront fee to begin the search. Direct Recruitment’s first payment is due after selection, before the candidate starts. Professional Recruitment’s first payment is due when the professional starts.
No. For Direct Recruitment and Professional Recruitment, compensation is agreed with and paid directly to the candidate. Managed Staffing uses an agreed rate that includes talent compensation and Pluggo’s fee.
